The stay at castle Thannegg was brilliant. The food was brilliant. The surroundings were brilliant. We didn't want the holiday to end.
The pre-tour information and advice provided was great. You were extremely helpful, expecially when we had to make some 11th hour changes.

The holiday was exactly what we were looking for, in particular, an opportunity to spend Christmas in Europe. It was a good combination of structure and freedom. The White Christmas in Bad Gastein was lovely. Indeed, the whole Advent and Christmas experience was a revelation.

The highlights were Prague, Nuremberg, Munich (and the castles) and the river cruise. We loved the magic of Prague and it was a fantastic time of year to be there, Nuremberg and its historical charm was also fantastic.
You did an amazing job of not only making us excited about the trip but also of providing us with all the information we needed to get around and make the most of where we were. We've been raving about it to everyone already :)

The trip was fantastic – thank you for organising. We met lovely people including many of your other clients. Bad Hofgastein was a great find. The group got on well together, and a number of us did quite a few things together. Skating, Skiing & Curling. Went snow-shoeing & snow biking at Dorfgastein - both were fantastic! The Christmas experience at the hotel was wonderful. The Alpentherme was amazing.

My family and I cannot thank you enough for all that you did for us. We had the most fantastic time. The stay at Garmisch was a huge highlight for us - the room was amazing, the facilities fabulous, location excellent and the staff were friendly, helpful - nothing was a problem. The food was amazing - too much of it actually and we got to try a lot of different Bavarian foods. We ended up skiing for 2 days whilst there and had a great experience on the cog wheel train to Zugspitze.

The highlights were the sleigh ride on Xmas day, visiting the Xmas markets, walking in the snow at Bad Hofgastein, visit to Salzburg – we wish we had stayed an extra day or two and curling with the other Aussies on Xmas morning.

Had a great time and can't thank you enough for all your help. It was just fantastic. It didn't snow Christmas Day, however it snowed the day we arrived - perfect! The trains were the best way to travel - beats an airport any day. Being a first timer to Europe - it was all a highlight - however what sticks in my mind as highlights are Munich, Salzburg, Hallstatt and our day trip to Zell Am See & Schonburg Palace.

The sleigh ride – what more do I need to say. Coming back into the village it was getting dark and the lights were coming on! It was just a fairytale. The New Year’s Eve ball, a real once in a lifetime experience. The venue (Palais Ferstel in Vienna) was spectacular and yes, our dancing classes came in very handy!

We are now back in Perth and back in our routine after a marvelous Xmas and New Years holiday thanks to yourself. The arrangements went without a hitch and the hotel choices and locations were simply outstanding.
We had a great time visiting the historic buildings and Xmas Markets in Prague, Vienna and Salzburg, albeit the highlight was the beautiful White Xmas in Bad Hofganstein. We met up with the rest of the Aussies there and they had all shared great experiences during their travels to the Austrian Alps.
Once again the Hotel and connecting Spa Centre was a great choice and of course the Sleigh Ride on Xmas Day was out of this world and can not be explained.

The trip was amazing and the highlights were definitely Bad Hofgastein. It was simply beautiful, and White! Though it did only start snowing a little while before we arrived and was snowing on the eve we arrived. Swimming out into the open pools and looking up at the snow falling down from the black night sky onto our faces was simply like being in fairyland. Magical.
In the afternoon on Christmas day it was off to the sleigh ride which was fantastic, to a chalet that looked like a ginger bread house, through the national park. This was one of the highlights.
The food was fantastic and the whole Christmas experience, made special also by the lovely Aussie there with us, was very memorable. The trains were excellent, the reserved seats were great. Thank you for organizing a wonderful Christmas for our family.

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and thank you for your arrangements and suggestions for our memorable time. There were no problems with pickups and the hotels were awesome and I would recommend them to any of our friends. Hallstatt was beautiful, we arrived in a snow storm and had heaps of snow for our stay.
Christmas was wonderful, again lots of snow on our arrival and meeting the other Aussies was great. Christmas Day we had our first sunshine and we all went to the Curling Rinks and had a fun 2 hours. Our sleigh ride in the afternoon just made for a wonderful ending to our day. The hosts at the hotel were wonderful and I think enjoyed having the Aussies there.
