Garmisch Partenkirchen

Lake Constance
The lake is bordered by Austria, Switzerland and Germany and you could easily spend a few enchanting weeks exploring all that this region has to offer. Criss-cross the lake by boat and visit quaint lake-side villages, stone-age lake dwellings, medieval towns with half-timbered houses, vineyards, cliff-top castles and the spectacular flower island of Mainau. In Bregenz take the cable car up to Mount Pfaender for spectacular views across the lake and the Alps. Nuremberg
Nuremberg is a truly medieval city that frequently flies under the radar. Roam the courtyards and small cobble-stoned streets packed with old timber-framed houses.
