Tuscany tour   € 85

In a full-day coach excursion you can see for yourself why Tuscany is so famous and well-loved. Start with a scenic drive through the hills of Monteriggioni and on to gothic Siena, famous for its medieval streets and Cathedral. Enjoy an escorted stroll among Chianti vineyards, olive groves and wine cellars and restore your energy with a traditional Tuscan lunch (included) amongst the Sienese hills where Chianti wine is produced. After lunch you can roam the maze of cobbled streets and small squares of San Gimignano, sample one of their famous gelatos and walk between San Gimignano's famous 14 towers. And last but not least - Pisa, see The Leaning Tower and then head back to Florence.

Take a combined ½ day wine-tasting and a country drive coach excursion through magnificent Tuscan landscapes to Chianti.

Car hire

Hire a car and explore Tuscany on your own. Prices depend on length of hire and class of car.

Tuscan cooking class  € 80  includes meal and wines

Take a tuscan cooking class with one of Florence’ expert chefs. Start with a visit to a lively local market to source the best fresh produce. Then learn how to prepare a 4-course tuscan banquet and enjoy the meal with matching wines with your fellow students.

Vespa excursion into Chianti  € 125

And for something different - join a small group of Vespa enthusiasts and head for the Chianti wine region. Ride along quiet and scenic country roads and through small medieval villages. Get picked up in Florence by Minivan and taken to the countryside for a 30-minutes familiarization session with your Vespa Scooter. Have lunch (included) at a Tuscan castle tasting local specialties and the ever famous Chianti wine.   (Age minimum 18 and holder of a valid driver licence) Or do a similar excursion on horse-back € 125  or on bicycle. € 90.
